Service Description. This Site describes Junk Removal, Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Furniture Removal provided by Premium Clean Junk. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Premium Clean Junk and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
